Customer was sitting in his backyard with his neighbor and noticed how dirty the house and patio was getting. He told his neighbor that he was going to get it clean. The customer stated that he contacted a few other companies but they were closed for the season. The next day while the customer was on Facebook. The came across a post from one of our other clients that left a great review for us. He contacted us. We set up a walk though and got the job on the schedule. On the day of the job, we pretreated all the areas. We first washed the house and garage siding with our soft washing system. All the dirt, algae and mildew melted right off. We used our 10 Gallon a Minute(GPM) industrial pressure washer and surface cleaner to remove all the dirt and mildew off the concrete floors and brick steps. The customer was extremely impressed and was taking a bunch of pictures of the before and afters and sending them to his son. He will be recommending us to all of his neighbors because we were on time for the estimate and job appointments and stuck to our word.
